What does it cost?
Nothing. Grassroute is free for clubs, teams and leagues, and there is no paid tier waiting behind it.
What do you actually need from us?
Very little: confirm your league page is right, nominate a point of contact, and let us invite your member clubs. You are endorsing a useful tool for your clubs, not taking on new administration.
How is safeguarding handled?
Grassroute is a club-to-club network. Player and parent enquiries are routed through club-controlled, role-based contacts rather than exposing individuals’ personal details, and youth enquiries are directed to a parent or guardian route.
